The Cambridge University Alt. Protein Society aims to build the alternative protein ecosystem in Cambridge and the UK by bringing together students, academics and entrepreneurs with a focus on open-access research and innovation. Our current projects include:

• The Alternative Protein Fundamentals Programme building the talent pipeline into the field of alternative proteins globally 
• An Academic Mapping Project at the University of Cambridge to identify academics whose research could be applied to alternative protein development
