Paul is the Chief Commercial Officer at Arborea and responsible for business building, product development and strategy. Prior to Arborea, Paul had global responsibility for AB Enzymes' Food, Feed and Tech businesses. And previously held various business, sales and marketing leadership roles at Clariant and Novozymes starting his career at Boston Consulting Group working on various sets of strategic assignments. Paul holds a Phd in behavioral economics and is a lifelong advocate of the need to constantly innovate and change.
