Jean-Felipe Murphy is the Program Manager at the Alternative Proteins Association. Previously, he worked as an Energy Consultant at Arup, where he focused on net zero technologies, helping clients reduce their carbon emissions. As President of Enactus Exeter, a social innovation hub, he supported students in running social and environmental enterprise projects. Additionally, Jean-Felipe founded the Urban Mushroom Company, which upcycles used coffee grounds to grow gourmet mushrooms, contributing to methane emission reduction.
