Holding a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master’s in International Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics, Julia's interest in the food tech industry was sparked over five years ago while researching cultured meat for her thesis. She gained further experience in food tech consulting before joining ProteinDistillery nearly two years ago, where she has played a pivotal role in grant coordination, production plant planning, market research, and general business development. Her work is driven by the mission to provide circular, functional protein ingredients that are both sustainable and economically viable.
