Katharina Burdorf is a food scientist and has worked in product management at Hydrosol for about 8 years, where she is currently responsible as Team Lead. One of her key tasks is to ensure that the company picks up on and drives innovation at an early stage. Alongside her work in the food ingredients industry, Katharina completed her doctorate at the University of Vechta in 2024, in which she investigated perceptions and acceptance of cultured meat.
