Robert is Head of Public Affairs for Mosa Meat, the Dutch food startup that pioneered the first cultivated beef in the world. He also serves as President of Cellular Agriculture Europe, a Brussels-based industry association that represents 14 companies making beef, pork, chicken, fish, milk and foie gras using cellular agriculture technology. He has over 24 years of experience working in advocacy and government affairs and is a classically trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America with a Master's in Business & Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and a Master's degree in Political Management from The George Washington University.
