I am biotechnologist and entomologist and I currently work at InsectSense as researcher and business developer. At InsectSense, we build innovation inspired by insects. Our flagship technology, ReceptomiX, makes use of human and animal receptors for bioactivity studies related to flavour and health. For instance, we make use of human receptors responsible for the detection of tastants and provide valuable data on the bioactivity of compounds related to taste and the receptor-compound interaction dynamics, such as onset and lingering effect.
